Paul Rodgers voice was amazing, on top form. They have too many great songs that I was bound to be missing a few of my favs.
Good Lovin Gone Bad, Deal with the Preacher, Seagul etc...
I feel for the Irish the could have put on a longer show for the die-hards!

Great gig. One thing that struck me was the v poor attendance for what is a legendary act. Don't think I've seen the 3 Arena so empty before and that was in its 'small' format.

Ian Brown is out of tune on the records. Why do people go to the gigs expecting him to sing in tune on stage? It doesn't matter how much time has passed or how much you paid for your ticket! He cant sing. Didn't stop me enjoying the gig and the sound was fine where I was standing.

I was at the Jeff Lynne+ELO concert Sat night. I have been to many many concerts in my day but nothing came near the perfection of this gig.
From the moment Jeff came on stage we were first knocked out by the light show. Then, the music started... The sound was brilliant,the lights from a different world,but oh when he sang,heaven! I have never heard such a tight a group as this. It was bam ! bam !bam ! of the hits.
I sang and danced my heart out. I was a teenager once more that night.
I'm praying he comes back again. I'd walk from Cork to see him. Thank you Jeff. I could not be happier! Cath.

Saw Jeff Lynne ELO in 3 Arena on Saturday night and they were Amazing, have been to numerous concerts but can honestly say this was by far the best, fantastic night

Hi Jess! I've actually been following the band from their first album, and would consider myself a big fan. Personally, because of this, I think I have a fairly good idea as to where they've come from and how they have progressed sonically. I just wanted to outline my review for people who didn't know them beyond 'Shut Up And Dance' (which a lot of people don't). As regards who they want to be in the future, that's a little more difficult for me to say, even after seeing the show. Time will tell! I enjoyed the gig, but it wasn't by any means perfect.
